How do we pay?

When you make your reservation through our official website for your private pool villa Koh Tao stay, payment is processed securely through PayPal, requiring a 50% holding deposit to secure your dates. If you prefer a bank transfer, we can provide the necessary wire information. The remaining 50% balance is due upon check-in. Don't worry about cash—there are plenty of banks, money exchanges, and ATMs located conveniently around Koh Tao.

What is check-in & check-out time?

Normally, check-in is around 2:00 PM, and it depends on the check-out time of the previous guests. We always try to accommodate all of our guests, and will try to get you in as early as we can, and checked-out as late as possible. If your villa is not ready when you arrive on the island, our driver can safely store your bags and drop you off at a nice place for breakfast or a walk on the beach. Whenever you need a ride, simply call our onsite manager Mo or driver Steve on the complimentary mobile phone provided!

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our boutique Koh Tao family villa resort is unique and typically booked many months in advance, we can offer a full refund (excluding transaction costs) if requested no less than 45 days before your scheduled arrival. After the 45-day mark, we can still offer a refund if your reserved dates are re-booked by someone else at the regular rates.

How close is the beach & town?

It is about a ten-minute walk down the hill to the soft sands of Sairee Beach, the longest and most popular beach on Koh Tao, and another ten minutes to the center of town for shopping, dining, and nightlife. However, most of our customers enjoy using our complimentary car and driver service to explore different beaches and attractions. If you choose to walk into town but prefer a ride back, simply call your driver, and he will be right there!
