A group of 11 of us stayed in the large villa for a week. It was absolutely fabulous! The property itself is stunning, with views to match. You can trust the incredible photos and drone shots from their page; it’s as impressive in real life! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds and hot showers.

Our trip was absolutely made by Steve, who is supposedly the “driver” but actually the man behind it all! Not only did he drive us to and from various destinations (a huge relief for the few of our party who did not want to drive motorbikes, & for preventing the whole group from having to drive at night) but he was responsive, helpful, efficient and friendly in response to inquiries and requests.

The cleaning team also deserve a shout out for keeping the villa spotless and managing to keep up with the supply of towels & linens for such a big group. This is absolutely the place for a luxury island getaway and we were not ready to leave when the week was up.

We were lucky enough to stay at Monkey Flower Villas during the first Covid-19 lockdown, which meant we stayed March until July 2020. Lincoln the owner, Mo the manager and Steve made us feel so welcome and made it possible for us to extend our stay until it was safe to leave the island. For which we will always be grateful.

We stayed in Villa no 1 with our 3 year old daughter. It’s an experience we will never forget. The villa itself was so comfortable and luxurious and the view of the whole bay was sensational! Mo, Steve and the team were so hospitable and welcoming that we were very sad when we eventually came to say goodbye. We feel so fortunate that we were able to stay in such a beautiful and comfortable place and with such kind and experienced Koh Tao islanders to support us in what could have been a difficult time.

The view from the infinity pool has to be seen to be believed, the quirky details in the apartment from the floating super king bed, to the rocks incorporated the walls of the kitchen and bathroom make it a truly unique and special place to stay. The surrounding gardens are so interesting and beautifully maintained to make the most of the tropical flora and fauna.

We have memories to last a lifetime from our time in Koh Tao at Monkey Flower, including our little girl learning to swim in that amazing pool! Thank you so much Lincoln, Mo, Steve and all the wonderful team. We hope to see you all again.

INCREDIBLE place to stay. The views (even from the bed!) are probably the best views I’ve ever had. The infinity pool looking over the beautiful Sairee beach is stunning, big and so much fun as you can jump into it from the roof (safely of course!). Such a benefit being up in the beautiful jungle surrounded by nature and lovely well maintained garden, but can walk (20min) or drive to the beach (5min).

Lying on the roof top under the stars looking over the bay was one of my favourite daily moments ❤️. The villa is very funky and unique, kitchen is a bit minimal but I don’t doubt the team will provide any bits you need. Aircon in the bedroom is great and quiet. Few bugs and frogs that can make some noise, but we LOVED the feel of being in the jungle surrounded by nature.

Muhummad, Steve and the team were so caring and efficient, making us feel unbelievably welcome, safe and looked after …. they kept cleaning the villa for us and Steve drove us anywhere is the island we wanted to go (Steve is the most efficient, attentive committed and lovely soul making our stay so wonderful).

We will be back without question if we stay in Koh Tao! Very grateful, this villa and experience made our trip ❤️

Best place we've stayed in Thailand. The gorgeous, super-spacious Villa 1 offers breathtaking views with absolute privacy - great for families and small groups.

Amenities and service are impeccable, with Mohammad and Steve going out of their way to make your stay perfect (including driving you to town at any time, free of charge). Location, cleanliness, privacy, service - all 10/10. When you think of a Thai luxury villa, this is the place you imagine.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hosts were beyond helpful — they have a car service for us that made getting around effortless, and even helped us book a private boat for a snorkeling adventure where we got to swim with a turtle 🐢 — truly unforgettable!

The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a luxurious home away from home. Every detail was thought through, and the service was simply outstanding.

If you’re looking for a stress-free, magical family vacation, this villa is an absolute 10/10 (or rather 100/100!). We can’t wait to come back!

Do not hesitate to book monkey flower villas. We stayed in orchid villa, it was a treat holiday for some big birthdays in our family and my goodness, it was AMAZING. The Villa is another level, beautiful Gaudi-esque architecture, an infinitely pool overlooking sairee beach, a floating bed that overlooks the best view on the island. It’s stunning.

But above and beyond that, are the little touches, the kindness and the customer service you will receive. Steve and Muhammad are absolute legends and helped us with so much, a mobile phone to request transport around the Island - no problem, arranging boat trips - no problem, helping us arrange for our laundry to be washed - again, no problem.

All this with the stunning backdrop of Koh Tao and all the good vibes that comes with it. Book it - You won’t regret it.

A perfect and luxurious place. We had a wonderful experience. It starts from the booking stage with the pleasant correspondence with the place, so much kindness and tolerance. Answering all questions, including those related to the island itself and not the stay itself. They made sure to talk to us before arrival, to make sure they knew when to pick us up.

Steve and Mohammed made sure to pick us up from the pier. They welcomed us with a smile and kindness. We arrived very early and the villa was not ready. They asked us what we wanted to do and offered us a wonderful option based on what we wanted. Steve took care of taking our bags and driving us to a perfect beach where we stayed until the villa was ready.

Steve took us anywhere we wanted on the island and whenever we wanted which allowed us full mobility. They also helped with great tips and recommendations. The villa itself is located in an amazing location, beautiful view, clean, Perfect and cozy pool. The rooms are very large and comfortable with lots of storage space.

They make sure to come every day to change towels and clean. They gave us a mobile phone so we could communicate with them freely whenever we wanted. We really enjoyed our time at the villa and our time in Koh Tao and much of that was due to the amazing attitude and service that Steve and Mohamed gave us. Anyone who books there could be more relaxed. The place is amazing.

The villa, the pool and the view are outstanding. Having food delivered, especially breakfast or if you’re just having a pool day, makes everything really easy.

Mohammed was really helpful and booked us a great boat trip around the island. And Steve, our driver, is just the best. We will definitely be back.

Monkey Flower Villas is unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed. Nestled right in the middle of the jungle, the location adds an adventurous and peaceful vibe you won’t find in typical resorts. You wake up surrounded by nature, with amazing views, and still feel completely comfortable and taken care of.

I arranged a birthday surprise for my wife, and Muhammad—the villa manager—went above and beyond. He helped organize decorations and a cake ahead of our arrival, and handled everything smoothly and professionally. His calm, friendly attitude made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Also worth mentioning is Steve, the on-call driver. Having 24/7 transport was a game-changer on Koh Tao, and Steve was always ready with a smile, local tips, and zero complaints—no matter where or when we wanted to go.

The villa itself was clean, spacious, and full of character, built right into the natural rocks and landscape. You get the feeling of being somewhere truly special—private and immersive, but with all the comforts you need.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for something a bit off the beaten path with top-notch service.
