The “Lower” Koh Tao Villa features amazing architecture, a huge living/entertaining room with vaulted ceilings, built around the granite boulders of Koh Tao, and wonderful views.
The “Lower” villa has one air-conditioned master bedroom with a double bed, a 50″ flat screen HDTV with premium programming by satellite. There is also a sleeper couch in the fan-only living room, available at no extra charge.
The “Lower” villa does not include access to the swimming pool, unless it has been booked as part of the whole house (both “Upper” & “Lower” villas), but does include our famous 24/7 concierge service and driver service to take you anywhere on Koh Tao, including beautiful bays and beaches – some accessible only by four-wheel drive.
